About MYBBSB

Hubbard ParkMYBBSB runs the oldest, continuous Little League in Connecticut (and New England).  Established in 1948, the league has nurtured and developed a love of baseball and softball for the children of Middletown.

The goal of MYBBSB is to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority.

We believe this will guide them to become well adjusted, stronger and happier children and, in turn will lead to healthy, trustworthy and involved citizens. It is our fundamental purpose to teach the basics of the game, for the love of the game.

MYBBSB offers a recreational league chartered with Little League International (known as Middletown Little League).

Within our LLI Charter we run BASEBALL, SOFTBALL and CHALLENGER programs. Baseball and Softball programs are open to any child who wants to learn between the ages of 4 and 12.

Our Challenger program provides opportunity to boys and girls with physical and developmental challenges to be part of the game of baseball by playing and being part of a team.
